Hi my loves! Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. Family, food and great company - everything I love in one place. Many people enjoy Thanksgiving, but no do not enjoy the overnight weight gain and bloatedness that sometimes comes the next day. I will go over my tips and tricks to combat some of that fluff and get yourself going on the right track. Click 'Read More' below for all of my tips I’m not a diehard advocate for detox tea. I think using them from time to time can be beneficial but too often it can be overkill or just gimmicky. I will be drinking detox tea every morning just to flush out some that initial water weight, to limit bloating and to jump start the day with a rush vitamins and antioxidants.

After the holidays, it’s really important to stay on top of your water intake to keep your system clean and free of toxins. After thanksgiving, I will be increasing my daily water intake and flushing my body out. As far as eating goes, don’t be so hard on yourself!
