Placed my order on Sunday 4/22 for two juice cleanses (costing over $300+) to be delivered on Friday 4/27. Received a notification from UPS that my order would not be delivered until Tuesday 5/1 - but this wasn't going to work with the timeline we needed as we were trying to have a 'reset' before a series of work events/conference. I called in to Good Cleansing and spoke with a rep. The Rep (who also sounded as though he's the owner??) talked about how he was sure it would be on time for Friday delivery as UPS has been messing up their database and delivers have come before proposed times as of late (pointing the finger for blame). He told me, in a very "I'm too busy for this call" kind of way that he'd check with UPs rep and see what's going on and let me know something. 5 hours later, no call back so I ring the number again and get the same guy (I think this is a much SMALLER operation than what is perceived by the website) - he said he didn't get a hold of his UPS rep and that no to worry the package would be there on time as they have business 3 day delivery guaranteed on their shipments. But it wasn't on time, as I was speaking to him on Friday - the day I requested the delivery.

The same exact happened to. I get information on why my package was not delivered on time and the guy that picked up the phone was completely disrespectful. I will never recommend them to anyone. I juice at least once a year, previously with Press Juicery and I never had this type of service or response time. The juices come in fresh and on time.

I bought their Transformational Cleanse with pills and would not recommend using this company. Instructions were supposed to come with the juice and pills but were not in the package and when I tried to get them they told me to get them from the website, which was crazy confusing. The pills had different directions on the back of the bottle than the website. Some of the pills burned in my stomach so I didn't take them. Very expensive since they also do not honor their refund policy.

I had the same problem when returning the herbal products. They would not refund me. They don't return my calls or emails. Have had to involve Paypal but they lie to Paypal. My credit card company is investigating them now.

I purchased a 7 day cleansing package and added herbal products to my order. I returned all the herbal products and the company would not give me my refund despite their full refund money back guarantee - no questions asked - have been really shocked that they won't honor their guarantee.

Fair warning: This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They have not sent my product nor will they issue me a refund. I paid $94 for a 3 day cleanse (again, not received or refunded).

I am so unimpressed with this company, I'm kicking myself for not finding these negative reviews earlier! I ordered a 7 day cleanse which is super, super expensive especially with their ridiculous shipping costs! They delivered late AND they just ran out of the green juices so sent me double of the bee pollen juice meaning for a whole week I have no greens in my diet!! There was no note of apology for this in my shipment and when I emailed them, this is the response I got (literally copy pasted, there was no greeting message or goodbye!!):

I know this is an old post, but I was looking for somewhere to rate this company! This is what came up. I really wish there was some sort of yelp page. I ordered my first cleanse from them and everything was fine. then, i ordered a one day cleanse from them about a month ago...not only was it late but when it arrived, there was absolutely no ice packs, nothing! everything was completely spoiled! I called the company and told them and the guy on the phone told me that they do not put ice packs with one day cleanses???? uhm ok...then he told me he would ship me another. Its been three weeks and I havent gotten anything at all and they did not even respond to my emails. They completely just robbed me of my 60 bucks! I would not reccomend this company, they are frauds! I cant even get anyone on the phone now! Makes me really wonder if their juices are even organic etc. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered the 3 day cleanse to start Jan 7th, so put Jan 4th as my delivery day. I didn’t get it Friday, so emailed and got a grammatically incorrect email back that it would go out Mon the 7th. Meaning I couldn’t start my cleanse that day or probably til Thursday or Friday. So I emailed back to cancel it because I would have to find a local cleanse to start on Monday, which I did for another $150. Got another grammatically incorrect email that he couldn’t stop it. Right. So now I’ll be getting another juice cleanse I don’t need. :( And from the above comments, I’m not even going to try to get a refund.

I am so mad at myself for ordering this and not reading reviews first. Same thing for me. I waited for an email to let me know it would be shipped and never received one. Was going to be starting my cleanse tomorrow so I have been preparing all week to start. Sure enough my order says it is still being processed. I am so mad that companies like this can exist and just get away with such bad business but after all I was the stupid one for not researching first. I am going to see what my bank can do. Im sure its a waste of time. Sorry for all you people trying to be healthy learning our lessons the hard way.

Same experience here, My 3-Day cleanse was late, No Ice packs of any kind. I sent and email inquiring about the lack of refrigerant. Just sent so I won't hold my breath abut hearing back.
