I’ve been receiving a lot of compliments on my hair recently (when I actually do it) and I just thought I’d share how I got to this point, as my hair looked nothing like this just a year or so ago.
So, I once bleached my hair blonde, it was manageable and still pretty long. But then I got it professionally bleached to a platinum blonde color! Though, not really what I was expecting, I received a lot of compliments on this unique look. Unfortunately, it completely ruined and damaged my hair! I went from almost boob length hair to above my shoulder hair and it was too thin and damaged to do anything with. I wore weave and tried to maintain this look, but then decided the up-keep was too much and I’d rather dye it back black and work on really taking care of my and restoring it back to health.
Blondish - curly, straight, weave

Back to Black but Damaged Hair - natural wet (no curls), natural brushed out, weave
Now (Back to Healthy)
